Calling all youth passionate about climate change and health!

Young people can sometimes feel that their vision for a healthier planet is not heard - even during international political talks on climate change and human health. The International Federation of Medical Students Association (IFMSA) are therefore facilitating a discussion between youth and the international climate community in the run up to a World Health Organization conference on health and climate to be held in August.

Young people around the world are already taking action to help move society towards a low carbon and climate resilient future. They spread awareness, adopt low-carbon lifestyles, advocate for governmental action, and implement adaptation and mitigation projects in their communities.

IFMSA wants to hear the voices of these young people through an online webinar which will be used to create a Youth Voices document that will be added to the official report of the WHO Conference on Health and Climate in August 2014.

This is your chance to tell decision makers what your innovative ideas are for a healthy and sustainable future.

Register now for the webinar, which will take place on Thursday July 24 at 4:00 pm (CEST), and get involved in the discussion on climate change and health.

To participate in the Youth Voices campaign, join the Facebook group and Tweet using the hashtag #youth2who.

Help put health on the climate change agenda.
